Meet the Team: Gieta Singh

Who are the people that work at Voerman Group? What does a day in their lives look like? And what drives them to work within the moving and relocation industry? In this series of articles, we put some of our enthusiastic employees in the spotlight. This time: Gieta, 37 years old and working as an Financial Administrator at Voerman Group for the ULSI Team.

Who is Gieta?

Gieta is a married mother of three children. In her free time she likes to spend as much time as possible with her kids. She also likes to cook, although ‘’sometimes it is difficult to come up with what I am going to make.’’

A Financial Administrator with a critical eye

In her position within ULSI as a Financial Administrator, Gieta takes care of the processing of incoming and outgoing invoices, reminding customers about overdue invoices, and working with her colleagues on customer service. ‘’My critical eye comes in handy, because that is the basis for implementing process improvements in the field of quality and efficiency in our administrative processes.’’

But how do Gieta’s colleagues see her?

As Gieta describes herself as a critical thinker, her colleagues also display her helpful side. Besides the description of a colleague who is strong in her work, who works accurately and solution-oriented and who who keeps the administration of the company in order, ‘she is also a person who is always ready for a colleague who needs help.’’

Fun and challenging work through variated projects

‘’We believe every project has its own needs and its own challenges. Whether it is an interior design, office, retail, hospitality, or IT project. We design and execute the best logistic solution for a project. The difference per project makes the work fun and challenging, no project is the same.’’

Gieta hopes that 2023 will bring Voerman Group a good year with great projects to be carefully carried out for their customers. ‘’We have the creativity and experience to overcome challenges and design custom solutions to any challenge.’’
