Steve LewisSteve was requested to join the International Mobility panel and has shared some insights in regard to innovation & disruption in the field of relocation.

The customer will be approaching us through a digital platform into the future. And we as ‘moving companies’ we will need to have sophisticated technological solutions. Of course we need to identify who ‘us’ is?

With the RMC’s capturing a large amount of the traditional corporate market. We as a moving company now have numerous customers including the traditional corporate client, the COD / private client and the RMC’s who are growing market share. As an industry we need to develop systems that can communicate easily with each other so we can deliver the required services in a customer friendly digital format.
